I would like to know what is the best time to visit north cyprus ?
How are winters in north cyprus ?

would it be good to visit during winters ? Or you think summer would be a good choice ?

Maybe its because i love winter season a lot, but i have been there during winter and i really loved the place

I never been there in winter yet, so i can't say much.
I'm still a tourist and i went at that place for 2 times.

It was a family trip and we went during autumn, i think.
It was a good experience.

I would prefer spring. I am not too fond of being at a holiday spot where it is raining. You are not able to go to the beach or walk around easily. Summers are hot - so spring and autumn would be better months

We are traveling to North Cyprus in winter because we have been told that is the best time to go walking and biking in the hills.
Is that the right time to do so - I hope it will not be raining and make it difficult for us to move around

WEll I too agree with most of the above posts that winter is the best season but yet I feel that the best time to go to Cyprus depends on the kind of experience you wish to have. As the climate there is the intense Mediterranean climate, the island's weather is easy to predict. The summer months of June to September are hot and action-packed. August in particular is the peak of Cyprus' tourist season, when locals squeeze up next to tourists on beaches and restaurant benches.Accommodation prices go up quite a lot during these months so if you're on a budget, avoid the height of summer and go for the shoulder seasons - April/May and September/October - instead. In october the weather changes,meaning november -december is not a very good time to visit north cyprus.winter is from november to march, so one can plan when to vist and expect what weather!
Water shortage can be a real issue in Northern Cyprus during the Spring and Summer!! so one has to be aware , but some great sights to behold in these balmy climate!
