Hello.
Would really love to hear reasons for choosing t.r.n.c for your investment, residency or tourism.. instead of south ?

Was it property prices ?
or the people ?
or culture ?

I think for most people it was property price :p

Its really profitable to have a property at t.r.n.c instead of south

I think its the cost of living and most probably a better people and good culture.

Moreover, i think a good and peaceful atmosphere too

For me it was always The culture and people.

And most of people are on this part because of Property prices too.

i choose trnc cause of low on property prices and warm people. however, i've some issues with my developer

Frankly, we are choosing to visit both. We are going to spend some time at the beach resort in Paphos, and then hike around the North Cyprus region.
We would like to get the best of both worlds and see the area all around us.

We are planning our trip to north cyprus this year with the posibillity of investing in a property.

If we are interested we may try to visit the south for comparison but price wise North seems to have the edge

For me it is purely a personal reason! since i have relatives in these parts and am in touch with them , i like coming here and do business as well! however i find the property prices are better then the south. also i see that there is great scope of growth in the future as it is likely to expand in the coming years .
