Hi,

Can anyone advise me on the purchase of property in Northern Cyprus?
It is governed by Turkey I know, and a majority of the building has been in the south. Are there any things to worry about, eg land ownership by foreigners property, deeds? military?

ECJ ruled against TRNC. But, we are waiting for UK court to defend their more than 5000 citizens who bought properties all around northern cyprus.

My opinion they will never rule against their citizens

Also, GCs are lying about cyprus problem and acting like they are the only owners of island. That's wrong!
